e-Bidding System

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Tender form along with BOQ may be downloaded on Local Government Website www.lgkp.gov.pk after publishing in the newspaper.
2. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in shape of call deposit equal to 2% of the bid cost in the name of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Takht-e-Nasrati. Call deposits of scheduled banks shall be acceptance. Documents like enlistment copy of Local Council Board, KPK  and photo copy of CNIC and NTN must be attached with tender form.
3.  The tender shall be processed according to “ Above/below system” based on the Market Rate System.
4. KPPRA notification no. KPPRA/M&E/Estt:/I-17/2019-20, dated. 12-06-2020 “In case of bid/rate quoted by the bidder more than 10% below engineer estimate, the additional bid security shall be sought from the successful bidder only to the extent of bid more than 10% below the engineer estimate in the form of percentage. The amount of additional bid security shall be equal to the impact of financial difference occurring in the quoted rates beyond 10% below engineer estimate
5. Sealed Bids in original and duplicate by the name of TMO, TMA, Takht-e-Nasrati and Secretary LCB, both shall be send to the undersigned through post office/registered courier service which must be reached in the office of undersigned before the prescribed time mentioned above . The delay in delivery of the tender documents will be responsibility of the bidders.
6. The firms/contractors are required to quote their rates on %age above/below.
7. Pavement will be made on availability of funds.
8. If the evaluated bid costs of two or more than two bidders are same then the successful bid will be declared through draw.
9. No tenders are acceptable through Fax/by hand.
10. All relevant taxes will be deducted form the contractors Bills.
11. All other terms/ conditions/documents can be seen in the office of the undersigned.
12. All bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber  Pakhtunkhwa Revenue  Authoruty.
