 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Tender Form/        BOQ   can       be        downloaded    after     publication      in         the       newspapers       from Local Council Board website     . (         www.lgkp.gov.pk       )
2. Option of printing of tender will be visible only to the enlisted Contractors / Firms on provide online the bid in percentage of above / below along with amount, bank and date of earnest money and additional security in case of below than 10% below on the total estimated cost agreeing with terms & conditions of tender.
3. All the Contractors / Firms have an option to withdraw their bids online upto closing time of tender if they intend not to participate and biding, in case they have applied rates online then they shall be compelled to submit printed tenders documents along with requisite documents to Tehsil Municipal Administration, Dargai, otherwise will be liable to be declared as black listed as per notification AOI/LCB/19-6-2017, dated 19-06-2017.
4. Any tender or offer of works made by any Contractor / Firms without filling bids online shall be null and void henceforth.
5. The Tehsil Municipal Administration, Dargai shall award and print work order through New E-tendering System. Any work awarded and work order issued by the Tehsil Municipal Administration without E-tendering System shall be null and void henceforth.
6. The documents must be attached with the bids such as i.e. 2% Earnest Money in shape of original call deposit (with photocopy) in the name of Tehsil Municipal Officer, Tehsil Municipal Administration, Dargai from scheduled banks.
7. Sealed bids must be sent through Registered Mail / Couriers service should reached on 12/12/2018 upto 11:00 a.m. and will be opened on the same date at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders by the tender committee. Delay in delivery of the tender documents will be the responsibility of bidders.
8. The Contractors / Firms who quotes their bid / rates more than 10% below, the engineer estimate shall submit an additional security in shape of call deposit equal to 8% of the estimated cost. After commencement of work by the successful bidders 8% call deposit may be replaced with bank guarantee of the same amount from the schedule bank
9. In case the bidder quote more than 10% below rate estimated cost and the bid is not accompanied by the additional security the bid shall be considered as not responsive and 2^nd lowest bidders and so on will be considered accordingly.
10. The tender forms and BOQs must be signed by the original Contractors / Firms.
11. Bid security of all the bidder will be retained by the employer till approval of tender /bids validity period.
12. Complete bid both “Original & duplicate” must reached to the Tehsil Municipal Administration, Dargai on or before the fixed date / time and the duplicate copy will be sent to the Local Council Board, Peshawar through special messenger by Tehsil Municipal Administration, Dargai as per instruction of the Provincial Government.
13. Any bidder who provided incorrect information shall be disqualified.
14. In case of bids became tie the award of contract shall be decided through draw among them.
15. For the Scheme of Water Supply & Bridge Structure, Specialized Light System, Road & Pavement Drainage & Retaining Structure, the contractor provided Specialization Code CE09, CE02, EE06, CE01, EE03
16. Form H will be verified from Pakistan Engineering Council

 Note:                                                  Work order will be issued after the release of fund from Government

CORRIGENDUM

                                With reference to Tender published Notice in newspapers daily “Express” dated 09/11/2018, daily “Ajj” dated 11/11/2018 with INF(P)4285, the following corrigendum is made.

1. In term & condition “ Rule 37 (A), all bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act, 2013 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No. XXI of 2013.
