  1. Tender form along with BOQ may be downloaded on Local Government Website ebidding.lcbkp.gov.pk and KPPRA (www.kppra.gov.pk) after publishing in the newspaper.
  2. As per Clause 37(A) of KPPRA Rules, all bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority.
  3. All bids must be accompanied by  a bid security in shape of call deposit equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the name of TMO, TMA Kohat call deposit of scheduled banks shall be acceptance. Document like enlistment copy of Local Council board, KPK and photo copy of CNIC and NTN must be attached with tender form.
  4. Sealed bids must be sent through Registered Mail/Couriers Services should reached on (20/12/2018) upto 1:00 PM and will be opened on the same date at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders by the Tender Committee. Delay in delivery of the tender documents will be the responsibility of bidders.
  5. The tender shall be processed according to “ Above/below system” based on the Market Rate System.
  6. The bidder who quotes their bids of more than 10% below should submit a call deposit equal to 8% of the estimated cost as additional security.
  7. Sealed Bids in original and duplicate by the name of TMO, TMA, Kohat and Secretary LCB, both shall be send to the undersigned through post office/registered courier service.
  8. The firms/contractors are required to quote their rates on %age above/below.
  9. If the evaluated bid costs of two or more than two bidders are same then the successful bid will be declared through draw.
  10. All contractors/ firms are bound to follow the KPPRA rules.
  11. No tenders are acceptable through Fax/by hand.
  12. All relevant taxes will be deducted form the contractors Bills.
  13. All other terms/ conditions/documents can be seen in the office of the undersigned.
