Terms & Conditions.

  1. Sealed e-Tender documents’ for each and every separate scheme will be received From 12 PM, which will be opened at 2.00 PM on the Tender opening date mentioned above in the presence of Contractors or their authorized representatives.
  2. The e-Tender documents must  accompanied with 2 % EM  in the name of TMO, TMA Puran, Copies of CNIC, Enlistment, and Engineering Council, Form H in case of Partnership and Authority letter for representation on behalf of the enlisted Contractor as well as registered with the of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority.
  3. Only the above or below percentage rates on MRS-2017  on the Engineers Estimate will be accepted.  More than 10 % below rates should include 8 % Additional Security in shape of CDR  in the Name of TMO TMA Puran.
  4. If the rates become equal between the contender’s contractors the successful bidder will be decided through free toss.
  5. False/Bogus / incomplete documentation should be rejected and their registration will be liable for blacklisting /cancelation and their securities deposits will be forfeited in favour of this TMA.
  6. Over writing /cutting, Incomplete/unsigned without CDR, Bids will not be considered for e- biding and the same should be treated as defective.
  7. The Contractor/Firm who have signed the terms & condition and once uploaded the bid on the website  and not withdrawn the bid before the closing time of the tender  or failed to submit their complete biding documents to this office will  be communicated  to the competent authority for black listing.
  8. Original Tender document must reach to this office in sealed envelope while same duplicate copy should also be sent to the office for onward submission to the office of the Secretary Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar. No tender documents will be accepted through mail /fix/ by hand or unsealed envelops. Responsibility of timely submission of documents will rest upon the Contractors, after due date and time no offer will be entertain for biding.
  9. The Payments to the Contractors will be subject to the release of funds while final payments must upon on the provision of satisfaction/ compilation certificate of concerned sponsors.
  10. The Completion period of the projects will be as per work order subject to the execution of agreement deed between the parties.
