e-Bidding System

TERMS & CONDITIONS: -

1. The form can be downloaded from the Local Council Board website  www.lcbkp.gov.pk one day after publication of Tender on KPPRA web site . The Tender documents should be accepted with original Call Deposit in the name of Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA, Alpuri, Shangla from the local Bank.
2. Tender documents be accompanied with original Call Deposit, attested copy of Engineer Council, Enlistment, Registration of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, CNIC Contractors should send their bid document in single envelop for a separate scheme, Contractors are bound to test all types of material from the laboratory on his own expenses as per the directions of Engineer Incharge. The tender documents should be sent in original to this office through courier postal service and duplicate copy of the bid be send to office of Secretary Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
3. The contractors / bidders who quote their bids / rates more than 10% below on the Engineers estimate shall submit an additional security in the shape of call deposit equal to 8% of the Estimated Cost. The particulars of the bank must be entered in the MIS system. All the tenders / biddings shall be done on “Percentage below / above” on the Engineer Estimate.
4. The Tender Documents through fax or duplicate will not be not accepted. Late submission will not be accepted after due date and time mentioned above. Timely submission of Bidding documents is the responsibility of contractor concerned.
5. The contractor / firm who have uploaded the rates on MIS system and failed to withdrawn the bid till the closing time of bid and those who failed to submit the complete bid documents to the TMA, Alpuri, Shangla will be liable for blacklisting as per Govt instructions. The Contractors / Firm who submitted fake Documents will be treated under the relevant law.
6. Tender Documents will be accepted upto 12:00 PM on the fixed date which will be opened on the same day at 12.30 PM in the presence of contractors and or their representatives. If un-expected holiday announced by the Government on the scheduled opening date of the tender than the tender will be opened on the next working day.
7. The successful bidder will execute agreement deed with this office within 7 days and work will be completed within the stipulated period as per work order.
8. If the rates between the contender contractors/firms become equal will be decided trough free toss. Payment to the contractor/firm will be subject to the availability of funds and deduction of taxes applied if any.
