e-Bidding System

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Tender Forms and BOQ can be downloaded by the original contractor available on the website of LGE & RDD KPK www.lgkp.gov.pk Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar.
2. Registration of the contractors should be renewed from the Local Government Elections and Rural Development Department (Local Council Board) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the year 2019-20, attested copies of the CNIC, National Income Tax certificate and his registration must be attached with tender documents.
3. The original/ duplicate copies of sealed tender documents shalll be submitted to this office. and tender documents must be reached before on 19 /05 /2021.
4. Any contractor/ firms are bound to mentioned the rates as per the notification NO. KPPRA/M&E/Estt: /1-5/2016 “Above/Below System”.
5. In case of bids become tie, the award of contract shall be decided through a free toss which shall be bidding and final.
6. In case of bid/rate quoted by the bidder more than 10% below Engineer estimate, the additional bid security shall be sought from the successful bidder only to the extent of bid more than 10% below the engineer estimate in the form of percentage. The amount of additional bid security shall be equal to the impact of financial difference occurring in the quoted rates beyond 10% below engineer estimate.
7. In such eventuality, the successful bidder shall be bound to produce the additional bid security with three(03) working days from the issuance of letter of acceptance failing which the procuring entity shall forfeit the bid security of successful bidder and may also initiate legal proceeding against the bidder who repudiated the contract under KPRA procurement Rules.
8. All Federal and Provincial duties/ stamp duties and other taxes will be recoverable as per directives of the Government issued from time to time.
9. Registration along with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa revenue authority is essential as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa finance act XXI (2013) schedule.
