Terms & Conditions:-

            The form can be downloaded from the Local Council Board website www.lgkp.gov.pk one day after publication of Tender in News Paper. The Tender should be accepted with original Call Deposit in the name of Town Municipal Officer, TMA, Town-1, Peshawar from local Bank.

 

  1. All the tenders / biddings shall be done on “Percentage  below / above”

 

            Tender form be accompany with original Call Deposit, Contractors should send their bid document in single envelop for a separate scheme, i.e. more then one bid in a single envelop will not be consider. Contractors are bound to test all types of material from the laboratory on his own expenses as per the directions of Engineer Incharge. The tender form should be sent in original to this office through courier service and duplicate copy of the bid be send to  office of Secretary Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

            The contractors / bidders who quote their bids / rates more than 10% below the Engineers estimate shall submit an additional security in the shape of call deposit equal to 8% of the Estimated Cost. The address of the bank must be written on the call deposit so that the process of verification could be done easily.

            The tender form through fax is not acceptable in any case nor tender form will be accepted after the expiry of date and time mentioned above and it is the responsibility of contractor to send tender forms well in time.

 

The successful bidder will be required to execute agreement deed with the department within 15 days. Bids will be accepted upto 12:00 PM on the date fixed for opening. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM and work will be completed as per work order. If there is un-expected holiday announced by the Government on the opening date of the tender than the tender will be opened on the next working day.The Contractor / Firm must be registered with Revenue Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa & Excise & Taxation, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

 

 

 

Note: 

  1. The contractor / firm  who  have signed the terms and condition first and then not withdrawn the bid till closing time of bid and those who failed to submit the bid documents to the TMA, Town-I, Peshawar will be black listed if he succeeded and get in tender.
  2. The Contractor / Firm who submitted fake Documents will be consider black listed.
  3. Work order will be issued after release of fund.
