Terms & Conditions

1. Tender forms & BOQs can be downloaded after publication in the newspaper from web site (www.lgkp.pk) and should be submitted till 12:30 PM on or before the aforesaid dates mentioned through courier.
2. The following shall be attached with the bids : (i) renewal copy in LCB (ii) photocopy of CNIC (iii) PEC Registration 2019-20.
3. All the contractors should bid online, quotes their rates above/below through e-bidding.
4. The earnest money & Additional security (in case of more than 10% below) shall enter & submit the call deposit amount separately.
5. The contractors shall deposit 2% & 8% on the engineer estimate and not on the bid amount.
6. Complete signed bids (original) must reach to the TMA Tangi office on or before the fixed date/Time.
7. The contractor shall withdraw their quoted rates before the closing time, and if withdrawal has not been made than the contractor shall bound to submit the original tender form & BOQ to TMA Tangi, otherwise the contractor will be blacklisted.
8. Only those contractors who having Electrical code EE-11 and approved Workshop of PESCO Department can apply for the said scheme.
9. Any contractor/bidder who submits tender form without call deposit, their case will be forwarded to high ups for blacklisting.
10. In case of bids become tie the award of contract shall be decided through a free toss which shall be binding and final.
11. All bidder must have valid KPK Revenue Authority registration.

Note: Work Order will be issued after the release of Fund.
