Terms & Condition
 
All rates offered by bidding shall be on ABOVE / BELOW system as per new policy of the Provincial Govt. the bidding documents shall be accompanied by the following additional documents will have to be produced for confirmation on demand).
  1. Tender form along-with BOQ and instruction to bidders etc may be downloaded on Local Government website e-bidding.lcbkp.gov.pk and KPPRA (www.kppra.gov.pk) 
  2. As per clause 37(A) of KPPRA Rules, all bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority.
  3. 2% earnest money in the shape of call deposit issued by scheduled Bank of KPK for each work in the name of TMO, TMA Daggar must be accompanied with the tender documents.
  4. Attested Photo copies of CNIC, Valid Registration of Pakistan Engineering Council, Enlistment of LCB and KPPRA registration be attached with tender documents.
  5. Sealed bids must be sent through registered Mail / Courier services should reached on opening date and will be opened on the same date.
  6. In light of KPPPRA Authority Notification No. S.R.O  (13) / Vol: 1-21/2021, dated 15/09/2021. The Contractors quoting their bids up to a limit of 15% below Engineer estimate shall submit bid security to the extent of 2% of Engineer Estimate only.
  7. The Contractors quoting their bids more than 15% below on Engineer’s Estimates shall submit along with their bids an additional Security to the extent of their bid / rates more than 15% below on engineer estimate in the form of percentage.
  8. In-case the bidder quotes more than 15% below the Engineer estimate and the bid is not accompanied by the additional security then the bid shall be considered as non-responsive and the 2nd lowest bidder and so on will be considered accordingly.
  9. In-case a contractor quotes more than 30% below on Engineer Estimate, the procuring entity shall, in addition to additional security require the contractor to produce detailed rate analysis of his bid price in relation to any or all the items of bill of quantities, scope of work, allocation of risks and responsibilities and / or any other requirements of the bid solicitation documents.
  10. All the contractor / firms are bound to follow the KPPRA rules.
  11. In-case of equal rates, toss will be conducted on the spot in the presence of Contractors.
  12. All federal & Provincial Duties / taxes including sales tax will be recovered as per directives of the Government issued from time to time.
  13. Work order shall only be issued against the volume of funds available during CFY.
