e-Bidding System

CONDITIONS.

1. Tender form & BOQ will be downloaded from Website:  www.lgkp.gov.pk.
2. 2 % earnest money should be attached with tender form in shape of Call Deposited on the name of TMO, TMA Battagram. (Pay Order & Bank Draft will not be accepted)
3. Copy of CNIC and Renewed Registration of Local Council Board must be enclosed with Tender Form.
4. Sealed Covered Tenders original / duplicate envelops separately packed and nomenclatures of the scheme name with other require information clearly printed and reached this office through Courier Services.
5. The Rate offered by the Contractor / Firms must be in above / below/at par, on tender form and the signature of the contractor / firm is mandatory on BOQ otherwise it will be considered defective.

6.      The Contractor /bidders who quote their bids/rates more than 10% below the Engineer Estimate Shall submit an additional security in the form of call deposit equal to 8% of the estimated   cost. After commencement of work by the successful bidder 8% call deposit may be replaced with a bank guarantee of the same amount from the scheduled bank.

7. The Rate offered found equal will be decided through draw and the date of draw will be announced during the Tender proceeding.
8. All the levied taxed must be charged from the successor contractors / firms.
9. Work Order will be issued subject to the Administrative Approval, Technical Sanction & Availability of funds.
10. Cutting and Doubling on form will not be acceptable.
11. Completion Time based on Work Order.
12. Payment to contractor will be made as per terms and condition of the agreements settled between TMA and concern contractor and subject to availability of funds.
13. A copy of valid Registration along Pakistan Engineering Council is essential.
14. all bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhawa revenue Authority, established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Finance Act,2013 (Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Act No. XXI of 2013) for works, consulting and non consulting services as listed in schedule-II of the bid”.
15. All Information regarding bids is available in the Office of TO (I&S) TMA, Battagram from the date of advertisement during the office timing.
