All bidding will be through E-bidding system. Tender form/BOQ can be filled and downloaded by the original contractor available on LG&RDD web site (www.lgkp.gov.pk) immediately after publication of this tender notice and also before last date of submission of tender documents . (2) The original and duplicate copies of tender documents clearly marked as ORIGINAL and DUPLICATE in name of Assistant Director LG&RDD, Haripur should reach to the office of under signed as mentioned above on or before the submission date/time given against each work. (3) The tender documents should be completed in all respect and case of incomplete/bogus documents submitted by any contractor will be submitted for blacklisting. (4) The following document are required to be submitted with the application/tender form: i. Earnest money in the shape of call deposit 2% in respect of scheme form serial no. No. 1 to 60 in the name of Concerned Nazim VC/NC ii. Enlistment and Renewal copy with LG&RDD for the current year. iii. CNIC copy of the bidder. iv. Copy of registration and renewal of Pakistan Engineering Council for the current year. v. NTN. vi. Enlisted with KPRA. (5) The contractors/bidders who quote their bids/rates more than 10% below the Engineers Estimate shall submit an additional security in the form of call deposit equal to 8% of the Estimated Cost. (6) Bidders found with bogus documents, their tenders will be rejected and their cases will also be forwarded to higher ups for black listing in addition to forfeiture of earnest money and security amount. (7) All the participating Contractors should be present at the time of Tender Opening in the Office of undersigned. (8)The contractors/firms will have to start work immediately (within one week), after the issuance of work orders, otherwise their call deposits will be forfeited and they will not be allowed to participate in any tendering process. (09) All the government taxes will be deducted as per prevailing government policy. (10) The bidders will have to quote rate on Above/Below system. In case the bid becomes a tie contractor shall be decided through a toss which shall be final. (11) Any cutting/overwriting on the BOQ will be liable to rejection of the tender and will be declared defective. (12) Work order will be issued subject to administrative Approval of Scheme by P&D Department VC/NC Nazimeen. (13). Responsibility of late delivery will not rest upon this office. (14)Any addition made in Terms and conditions in the NIT advertised in the news paper will be implemented as per KPPPRA Rules. (15) Work order will be issued subject to release of funds by the government.(16) Advertisement charges shall be paid by the concerned VCs/NCs as per their share. (17) All bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act, 2013. (18) work order shall be subject to issuance of “AA” and release of funds in respect of District ADP/VC, NC ADP Schemes.
