.1. All the bidding will be through E-bidding system. Tender form & BOQ can be filled & download by the original contractor available on the official website of LGE&RDD. DG Office (www.lgkp.gov.pk) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa after one day of publishing of NIT in new paper.
2. The contractor are required to fill the tender form & BOQ online & submit hard copy of the same tender to the AD Office as well as Director General. The original & duplicate copies of tendered documents clearly marked as original & duplicate in the name of Assistant Director LG&RDD District Lakki Marwat respectively (sealed in one envelopes) must be submitted to concerned Assistant Director Office. The tender document must reach this office up to fixed date & time as mentioned.
3. The following documents must be attached with bids:
I. Enlistment and renewal copy in LG&RDD for the year 2017-18.
Ii. Photocopy of CNIC.
Iii. Power of Attorney (if applicable).
Iv. Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC 2017-18).
4. Tender documents of bidders if found bogus/false documents will be rejected and thier registration shall stand cancel led / blacklisted in addition of forfeiture of earnest money and security amount (if any).
5. No tenders are acceptable through fax/by hand. Sealed bids sent through registered mail/couriers services should reach up to the specified time & date. The contractor or his representative may be present at the time of opening of tender.
6. Any contractor/firm are bound to mention rate as per notification No. KPPRA/M&E/Estt:/1-5/2016 “Above / Below system”.
7. The Bidder who offer their bid more than 10 % below of the estimate cost will have to enclose additional 8 % call deposit in original in the name of Assistant Director District Lakki Marwat along with tender documents otherwise the bid will not be entertained.
8. In case the bid becomes a tie the contractors shall be decided through a free toss which shall be binding and final.
9. The time limit of each work shall be as per work order issued to successful bidder and the contractor will have to start the work with in 15 days time period after the issuance of work order failing which the work will be canceled and security (if any ) will be forfeited.
10. All federal & Provincial duties /stamps duty & taxes including sale tax will be recoverable as per directive of the Government issued from time to time.
11. The procuring entity may reject any or all bids after communicating the reasons for rejection at any time prior to the award of contract.
12. Any addition made in terms & condition in the NIT advertised in the news paper will be implemented as per KPPPRA Rules.
